What is Build and Burn program all about?
This bootcamp style program is carefully curated to meet the needs of the modern day individual in search of an activity which is fun while being effective. As the words suggest, the goal of this program is to build muscle while simultaneously lose fat in your body. This program will push you out of your comfort zone whilst increase your strength, endurance, enhance body balance and agility.
What is the objective of this program?

How many sessions do I get per month?
You will get a total of 16 sessions per month
Do I get nutrition guidance?
Yes. We have a in-house nutritionist who will conduct a monthly webinar and guide you on your quest of improving your food intake. Also, you will receive an E-Book which will help you stay accountable and achieve your goals.
What forms of exercise will I be taught?
Strength & Conditioning (S&C), Animal Flow, ZUU, HIIT, Core, Mobility & Stretches.
What if I miss my sessions, will I get a refund?
A refund is applicable only on purchase of the Flexi plan. No refund will be provided for any other plans.
I want to join but I have a busy schedule. Can I join for a few days without having to pay for the whole month?
Yes. There are two payment options which will suit you, namely 'Pay per Session' or the 'Flexi Plan'. Please read the T&C's carefully before making a purchase.
I have never worked out in a group before. I am not sure if this is for me.
Having doubts is understandable. Avail your free demo and check out the session for yourself. We also have a Pay per session option if you want to attend a few more sessions without making any commitment.
What is the Flexi plan and why am I charged a premium for the same number of classes?
The Flexi plan is a payment option specially suitable for those with a busy work schedule and are unable to attend sessions frequently due to personal and professional commitments. This payment option has the following benefit: If a client misses a certain number of sessions in a given month or quarter they can Redeem up to 4 or 10 sessions within a period of 1 week for the Monthly Plan and within 3 weeks for the Quarterly plan after the end of the current month or quarter.
Disclaimer: The clients is entitled to receive only the total number of sessions mentioned in the plan they are selecting. Monthly Plan: 16 sessions; Quarterly Plan: 48 sessions. The limit of missed sessions the client is entitled to avail is 4 sessions: Monthly Plan; 10 sessions: Quarterly Plan; regardless of any number of sessions missed.
Will I be needing a pair of dumbbells?
We strongly recommend you invest in a pair of dumbbells or two. While body weight exercises are great, you will require a pair of dumbbells to perform all the range of exercises we teach and perform during our sessions. It is also an important component in building strength
