Terms and Conditions BeyondBody (VGL Enterprise)

1. Medical Clearance: Members with medical conditions must carry a doctor's certificate before starting their workout. Failing which, neither the personal trainer nor the management holds responsibility for the injury or any other fatal results.


2. Injuries: In the period of injury or illness or a fatal incident at the premises, members/their representatives would not hold the trainer or the management responsible in any manner.


3. Disclosure: The client is obligated to disclose any type of prevailing mental of physiological disability in the Registration form. The gym or trainer will not be liable for any prevailing injuries, conditions or anything arising from these prevailing injuries or conditions.


4. Hygiene: Members are requested to carry a separate pair of shoes for workout purpose. Members must carry a gym towel. Use deodorants.


5. Refund: A refund is not applicable for this program. Any funds paid will not be adjusted for future programs in-case the client is not able to attend the same for any given reason.


6. Transfer of Membership: Any type of transfer of membership to any 3rd party is not applicable in this program.


7. Attire: Members with casual wear, jeans, formals, sandals, casual shoes are not allowed to workout.


8. Sports wear is a must. No working out shirtless or only with sports bras.


9. Health Measures: Smoking and chewing tobacco or any of it's kind is strictly prohibited in the premises.


10. Obscenity: Members must not use foul language or behave indecent with fellow members or staffs. Watching or speaking profane contents are strictly prohibited.


11. Damages: Any damage to the premises by the member has to be fully compensated by the member.


12. Valuables: Members are advised not to carry any belongings to the premises. The management holds no responsibility for the loss / theft / damage of your belongings.


13. Rights: The management reserves the right to change any or all of it's operation processes / rules / regulations / due to any of the reasons that arise in the future


14. Obligations: The management / staffs shall not be considered default of it's obligations under this agreement if it's prevented / delayed / obstructed by any of the unavoidable circumstances like fire. floods, earthquake, strikes, war, lockdowns or any other means that are not under the control of us.


15. Miscellaneous: The Gym will be given the rights to capture and use digital photographs or images and video's of the clients during classes for Business and promotion purposes.
